What Does a Home Watch Site Visit Include?
A site visit can be tailored to your needs but typically includes monitoring for the following:
· Signs of interior water damage at ceilings, floors, and walls
· Evidence of vandalism, visible rodent, or insect damage
· Heating and cooling systems maintained at client requested seasonal settings
· Plumbing fixtures operational and checked for obvious leaks and drips
· Refrigerators and freezers maintaining temperature for vacancy status
· Light bulb replacement of lamps and accessible fixtures
· Adjustments as required to security timers due to power outages and time changes
· Windows and doors closed and locked; security system activated
· Visual assessment of exterior property features, decks, patios, and landscaping
